Hong Kong faces an imminent waste problem. Wasting food is one of the major problem. To encourage and facilitate recycling of the unavoidable food waste, unlimited fruit company was created. Using soon rotten fruits, which came from Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market, to make fruit jam.
